Welcome to Mr. Rousseau’s World History class! This year we will be taking a journey through time, exploring the world and its rich history! From the dawn of man to the height of human civilization, the goal of this course is for students to experience history and to use those experiences to create history of their own! This course is designed to challenge students to foster independent critical thinking skills through creative and dynamic instruction and to prepare them with the tools necessary to excel in future academic and professional endeavors!
“If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where
they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
- Henry David Thoreau
